As I mentioned to you before, I've been looking for an outfit for my company holiday party for about 2 weeks now and I've come across some cute dresses, so I wanted to share with you!
I've included a range of looks, from very conservative for those working in a very professional/corporate environment, to playful and more trendy for those who have that flexibility. Either way though, all looks I found are pretty stylish.. at least I seem to think so!
Love this vegan leather peplum dress for those going for an edgy look. It has an exposed zipper in the back and small cutout detailing on the sides. It goes for $89 on Piperlime, which I think is a steal! Pair it with oxblood colored pumps for a very of-the-moment look.
This sheath dress is conservative yet fun because of the the colorblocking with the different shades of red. It also has a little bit of peplum flare on the sides which is great for creating or enhancing a nice figure. I love the shoes that are shown with it in the picture and think the whole outfit would come together even better once paired witha few accessories to match! This one is also from Piperlime and is on sale for $50.
Ok ok, enough peplum and Piperlime lol. Here's an easy, elegant look from Forever 21. It's only $29.80 which leaves room to buy some hot shoes to go with it! I would love this dress with high heeled booties, or even some pumps with an ankle strap for a more dressy look. I also think it would look best with your hair up in a high fluffy bun.
Here's another one that's more covered up but still very figure flattering and is flirty because of the cutout sleeves. This one is from Macy's and is on sale For $61, or you can order it from Dillard's for $54!
This boatneck dress is sophisticated and sultry all in one! Love the sheer overlay on top of the satin, love the blurred print, and love the ruching on the side that makes the waist look smaller! It also has a scoop back so you do show a little bit of skin without being too sexy. You can get this dress at Dillard's on sale for $51 (originally $148)!
This picture does not do this dress justice! It is form fitting without being too tight, has beautiful intricate beading over nude mesh, and would look great with a fitted black blazer over it and some sky high pointy black pumps! Best part is the price - $88 down from original price of $220, available at Dillard's! (I actua;;y wish I had seen this one earlier before I bought my dress.)
Love this black metallic jacquard dress with the jeweled neckline - no necklace needed! Only thing I would do is hem it about 2-3 inches because I'm short, and I also think that would give it a bit of a younger look. Dillard's once again - on sale for $96, originally $160.
Lace is so in this season and this dress is the perfect way to wear the trend! It is very feminine and I just had to show the back because I think it makes the dress! Macy's has it on sale for $50!
This metallic wrap dress is perfect for the holidays! It will make you stand out without being too loud. I would wear this with black opaque stockings and black suede pumps. You can get this dress at Dillard's on sale for $71.
If you can get away with wearing something a little more daring, check out this dress by BCBG! I love the sheer sleeves and how the tulle creates an elegant ombre effect. You can get this on 6pm.com for $74.99.. that's 70% off! The site has incredible deals on tons of designer dresses.. great for those on a budget but who still want to look like a million bucks!
This cowl neck belted dress by Calvin Klein is so versatile! It can be dressed up with pumps or dressed down with a nice pair of tall boots! Throw on some bangle bracelets, a nice gold watch, and some dangling earrings and you're set to go! You can get this dress on sale at 6pm.com for $44.99.
